Origin & Vision
My attachment to Morocco is not solely due to my origins.
It is the fruit of a deep love, built over time, nourished by history, the dignity and constancy of a Kingdom that has always known how to remain standing.
My admiration naturally goes to His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God assist him , for his vision, wisdom, and ability to lead Morocco with balance and modernity in a constantly changing world. It also stems from my respect for and remembrance of the late His Majesty King Hassan II , whose words, vision, and intellectual strength continue to inspire generations to come.
Through the royal family and the Kingdom's most prominent representatives, Morocco has spoken to the world with calm, firmness, and intelligence. These figures embody a structured, dignified, and respected diplomacy, and have helped to make every Moroccan, wherever they may be, a bearer of pride and responsibility.
The cause of the Moroccan Sahara played a central role in this collective awakening. It revealed something fundamental: a deep, silent, yet unwavering unity. It showed that the Atlas Lions never disappeared. They simply transformed. They live on today in every Moroccan, both in Morocco and abroad, embodied by commitment, success, loyalty, and a sense of duty.
It was in this context that I felt the need to contribute, in my own way, to Morocco's influence in the world . Not through words, but through action. Not with a soulless or insignificant object, but with a creation capable of reflecting our current level, our maturity, and our values .
Create a strong, durable, meaningful object.
An object that respects our history while speaking the language of the present.
An object that embodies pride without arrogance, elegance without excess, and strength without noise.
This watch was born from that vision.
Not as a mere accessory, but as a symbol:
that of a Morocco that is moving forward, that inspires, and whose Lions now live on through its women and men, all over the world.
From the outset of the project, one decision was clear: to work with a European factory , rather than with outsourced mass production. This choice is neither ideological nor opportunistic. It stems from a clear objective: to control quality at every stage , from component selection to final assembly.
Choosing European manufacturing means prioritizing high standards, rigorous controls, and recognized expertise. It also guarantees precise traceability, consistent finishing, and a level of excellence that aligns with the values this watch is meant to embody. The PATRIOT 788 could not be produced anywhere other than in an environment where quality is not an option, but a fundamental principle.
This choice reflects a simple vision: to create a durable, respected and respectful object, worthy of what it represents.
